Instructions for use of hydraulic tool holders
☆ Before installing the hydraulic handle
· To clean the inside of the handle of moisture, dirt, etc., directly installing the knife without cleaning may cause the knife to fall off.
☆ When installing the hydraulic tool holder
· The distance between the cutting tool and the inner bottom of the inner hole of the tool holder is controlled within 8mm, otherwise the inner diameter of the tool holder will be damaged due to shrinkage and oil leakage will occur;
· Can be used with hydraulic collets to hold tools with a diameter of 3-32mm;
· Only cylindrical tools are used for direct tool loading, and the tool tolerance is controlled within H6;
· When installing the knife, use an Allen wrench to lock it until the screw stops rotating. The clamping force of the hydraulic tool holder is high enough after it is completely locked.
· The hydraulic tool holder has high precision and is mainly used in the finishing process. Do not clamp the roughing tool to cause damage to the tool holder or accuracy.
☆ When the hydraulic tool holder is used
· The normal working temperature of the hydraulic tool holder is between 20°C and 50°C, too high or too low will affect the life of the tool holder;
· If the hydraulic tool handle locking screw is worn out, please replace it in time;
Do not open the hydraulic oil hole at will, otherwise the loss of hydraulic oil will cause the tool holder to be unable to continue to be used and maintained;
· Do not interchange accessories of different brands to avoid damage to the handle due to poor fit.

· When the hydraulic tool holder is not installed for a long time, the locking screw should be kept loose.
