How many people know Spindle tool holders? There are two categories of spindles for machining centers, that are 7:24 taper and 1:10 taper.

7:24 Taper, usually there are the following five standards:

DIN2080 NT, MAS 403 BT, DIN69871 SK, ISO 7388, ANSI B5.50 CAT

1:10 Taper, there are DIN69893 HSK (ISO12164) and KM system (ISO12164).

HSK: HSK-A, HSK-B, HSK-C,HSK-D, HSK-E and HSK-F

KM: Made from Kennametal,

1. Trihedral contact

2. Good Rigidity

3. Mainly for High Speeding Working

As Bright-tools do not make KM system now, we won’t introduce more here.
