The shrink Fit we are producing are four type

1)Standard ones:

the tapaer is 4.5degree, this is the most popular and most widely used type allover the world, especially in Euro and The us market.

There are positioning screw holes, so can avoid shrinkage

These are Dynamic balancing hole, if we would like to adjust its balancing, after the screw is put in, we can adjust the balancing through the screws.

It is central coolant, while if the cuttng tools is not coolant, we can make coolant hole here and realize central coolant.

2)Slim Shrink Fit chuck

The taper is 3degree, so it is very slim and this design can avoid the interference during the process. So if you are making some deep hole machining, Slim ones is your good choice. But because of the body wall is so thin, so that the rigidity is not so strong as standard ones. To solve this problem we have another ones

3)This one, there is one step at the bottom, this will improve the rigidity a lot at the same time can make deep processing.

4)there is another design for deep machining, it is curved shrink fit chuck, if process condition is allowed, you can choose this one, the rigidity is also better than slim ones.

5)The last one is two part Shrink Fit chuck

The taper is common material, but cutter side is shrink fit material. As you know for example if you want to process different holes, you will need to buy different shrink fit sizes like diameter 6, diameter 8,10 12 and so on. This is a big cost. While if it is two body part, you just need to change the cutter side but taper keep same is ok. While two part shirnk fit chuck rigidity and stablity is of course not so good as one part . so i suggest friends choose the shrink fit chuck according to your products.
